Delivery Information

For deliveries to the UK and Northern Ireland: For orders of £35 and less there will be a standard charge of £5.50 for delivery. For orders over £35 and over UK delivery is free.

All orders received will be despatched within 7 working days (subject to availability). During the Christmas period, Please allow a little longer for delivery. In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date or the opportunity to substitute your item.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be provided with a unique tracking code to follow the parcel's progress. Please note the code will be valid as soon as the item has passed its first checkpoint on its journey to your specified delivery address.

Delivery will be to UK addresses only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, and if no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained by the driver.

Notification of the attempt to deliver will be left by the delivery company. A further two attempts to deliver will be made by the courier or if the parcel is small enough it will be left at a local Post Office branch. Thereafter the goods will be returned to us which can take up to 3 weeks.

Please note that delivery can take place any time up to 5.30pm, we are unable to offer timed deliveries.

Returns Policy

You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that or to exchange it for something else.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.

If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by emailing our Customer Support Department - info@cookcraft.co.uk. A customer advisor will be able to answer your email on Monday to Friday from 9.30am until 6.00pm.

Please have your order confirmation number available when contacting us. Any refunds given will be made to your original payment card. Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund.
