Use & Care
- DO - use wooden or plastic chopping boards to avoid blunting the blade. Available in our Chopping Boards section on the website.
- DO - Browse our Knife Accessories for sharpeners and professional steels to keep your knives performing at their best potential.
- DO - remove stain spots with a soft cloth & a stainless steel polish (these only appear due to the high levels of carbon in the knife which keep the product sharp & one of leading brands in the industry).
- DO NOT - leave knives to stand in a dishwasher, either at the start or end of the the cycle (remove and hand dry when cycle has completed).
- DO NOT - use steel wool or a scouring powder as this can remove sharp fragments and scratch the surface of the blade.
